Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount.
  • Downgrades: Take effect immediately. Credit is applied to your account.

Go to My Subscriptions and click "Change Plan".

What is proration?

Proration means you only pay for what you use when changing plans mid-cycle.

Example:

  • You're on Solo ($12/month), 15 days into your billing cycle
  • You upgrade to Professional ($99/month)
  • You get credit for 15 unused days of Solo (~$6)
  • You pay for 15 days of Professional (~$49.50)
  • Net charge: ~$43.50
Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you up to 2 months compared to monthly billing.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Bank Transfer: For annual Enterprise plans

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Can I get a refund?
  • Monthly Plans: No refunds, but service continues until end of billing period
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refund within first 14 days
  • Billing Errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges

To request a refund, create a support ticket.

What happens if my payment fails?
  1. Day 1: Payment fails - you receive an email notification
  2. Day 3: Second attempt - another notification
  3. Day 7: Final attempt - warning of upcoming suspension
  4. Day 10: Instance suspended (data preserved)
  5. Day 17: Instance terminated (data deleted)

Update your payment method anytime to prevent suspension.

Can I add extra users or storage?

Yes! Add-ons are available for all plans:

  • Extra Users: Add more user seats
  • Extra Storage: Increase database or file storage
  • Custom Domains: Add more domain slots
  • Priority Support: Faster response times
