What is VedTech SaaS Platform?

VedTech SaaS Platform is a fully-managed cloud hosting solution for Odoo ERP. We provide:

What versions of Odoo do you support?

We currently support:

  • Odoo 19 (Latest - Recommended for new instances)
  • Odoo 18
  • Odoo 17

We recommend Odoo 19 for all new instances as it includes the latest features and security updates.

How do I get started?
  1. Sign Up: Create an account on our website
  2. Choose a Plan: Select a plan that fits your needs (all include a 14-day free trial)
  3. Create Instance: Choose your subdomain and Odoo version
  4. Start Using Odoo: Your instance is ready in minutes!

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start.

During your trial:

  • Full access to all plan features
  • Create and test your Odoo instance
  • Import your data
  • Access support if needed

At the end of your trial, simply add a payment method to continue. Your data is preserved.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you cancel your subscription:

  1. Your instance is suspended (not deleted)
  2. You have a 7-day grace period to download your data
  3. Create a backup before cancellation to keep your data
  4. After 7 days, the instance is permanently deleted

Tip: Always download a backup before cancelling if you want to preserve your data.

Can I migrate my existing Odoo database?

Yes! You can migrate from:

  • Odoo.com (Odoo Online)
  • Self-hosted Odoo
  • Another hosting provider

Migration process:

  1. Export your database backup from current host
  2. Create a new instance on VedTech
  3. Contact support to restore your backup

Note: Version upgrades may require additional migration work.
